We are seeking dedicated AINs (Cert III) with a passion for looking after our Elderly to work at our Facility located in North Parramatta. Flexibility is essential to cover various AM, PM and Night shift shifts.
- Assisting with personal care activities
- Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing
- Evidence of Covid vaccination.
