Sales Representative (Remote)
You will be required to 5 days per week (Few days working from home can be negotiated)
Primary Toys is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a varied role that includes sales, customer service, marketing, administration, and website management. The successful applicant will work closely with childcare centres, schools, and retailers while helping to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with childcare centres, schools, and customers.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with existing customers.
- Cold call childcare centres to introduce our products and services.
- Book appointments using our customer database.
- Research and add new and upcoming childcare centres to our database.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns using Sendvio.
- Add and update products on Shopify, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO information.
- Create content for social media and marketing promotions.
- Update website banners, menus, and promotional content.
- Assist with brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials.
- Process product information, SKU codes, barcodes, and inventory updates.
- Assist with wholesale customer enquiries.
- Provide general administration and customer service support.
- Assist with stock management, packaging, and warehouse duties.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales, customer service, or administration experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organised.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Shopify, email marketing, or social media is an advantage but not essential.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Current driver's licence is essential.

Pay: From $738.75 per week
