Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality general and deep residential cleans alongside team members.
- Inspect completed cleans to ensure they meet company and client standards.
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff on company procedures and safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site to handle feedback or special requests.
- Manage cleaning inventory, equipment maintenance, and the company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional domestic or commercial cleaning (Required).
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior cleaner role (Highly Preferred).
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time-management capabilities.
- Ability to pass a National Police Check.

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
