About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Warehouse Operators to join our new Ballarat site on a fixed-term contract during the commissioning phase of the facility.
This role exists to support warehouse operations through site start-up and ramp-up activities, ensuring products and materials move safely, accurately and efficiently across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, move, pick and dispatch finished products and materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain stock accuracy through system transactions and disciplined process
- Support the packing team with finished goods flow and pallet transfers
- Complete warehouse records, dispatch documentation and inventory checks
About You
You'll be a practical, safety-focused warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You're adaptable, reliable and comfortable working in a commissioning environment where systems and processes continue to evolve.
You will bring:
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or manufacturing operations.
- Confidence using warehouse systems, scanners and stock management processes.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and food safety standards.
- Availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster during the commissioning phase.
Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
