Assistant in Nursing - Aged Care & Disability Support | Northern Beaches
We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant in Nursing who is enthusiastic about providing caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality support in Aged Care and Disability. Our priority is helping our clients live empowered and independently at home, while improving their social lives and helping them feel like they truly belong in their community.
Empowering Disability Partners (EDP) is a locally based NDIS registered provider with a strong reputation for trust, reliability and genuine care across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. We provide Supported Independent Living, in-home care, community participation, day programs, and Home Care Package coordination. Unlike a large call centre, we're a small local team who genuinely know the community we support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Personal care (including bowel care and hoist use)
- Social support, companionship and socialisation
- Disability support
- Transport to medical appointments and community activities
- Household task assistance
Requirements:
- Certificate III or above
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the industry
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Australian National Police Check
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Be authorised to work in Australia
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $34.42 - $36.23 per hour + 25% Casual Loading + Superannuation
