What this opportunity involves:
We’re currently seeking a Lease Administration Associate for an exciting opportunity with a government client! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude strong skills and natural spark to this position.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
An Overview of the role:
Compile and manage lease property data for Account Stakeholders
Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders
Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
Perform document management of all new retail leases
Review and reconcile landlord invoices and rental payments
Manage lease administration workflows through PEGA system
Maintain data integrity and compliance across portfolio systems
Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Your key strength is customer service and you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or proactively in a close team environment. You will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and can understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords.
Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
Problem-solving abilities for resolving landlord queries and discrepancies
Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs
Experience with lease administration systems
University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law), OR at least 2 year relevant working experience
