SealRITE Solutions is a leading remedial services company specialising in leaking shower and balcony repairs, bathroom rejuvenations and renovations, tile and grout restoration, waterproofing, and a wide range of remedial repair solutions.
Proudly servicing the Sydney Metropolitan area, our core service regions include the Sutherland Shire, St George, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the CBD. Due to strong company growth, there may also be opportunities to work across Wollongong, Campbelltown and the Southern Highlands from time to time.
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Wall & Floor Tilers for an immediate start. This is a full-time subcontractor role, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of our tiling and remedial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of residential and commercial repairs. Works will include, but are not limited to:
- Tiling and retiling showers, bathrooms, and balconies
- Demolition and removal of existing tiles, bedding and wall sheeting where required
- Screeding, bedding and floor preparation
- Removal and installation of shower screens
- De-grouting and re-grouting of walls and floors
- Waterproofing works in line with Australian Standards (advantageous)
- Minor carpentry and wall re-sheeting as required
- Rendering and surface preparation for tiling
- Ensuring all work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable
- Providing a professional experience to SealRITE clients and representing the brand with pride
A Tiling and/or Waterproofing Licence will be highly regarded, though not essential for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Essential
- Proven wall / floor tiling & waterproofing experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of wall and floor tiling experience
- Experience with demolition and site preparation
- Competent in screeding and levelling
- Ability to remove and install shower screens
- Skilled in de-grouting and re-grouting
- Own reliable work vehicle and full set of tools
- Ability to complete minor timber repairs and wall re-sheeting
- Rendering experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Must be an Australian citizen
Preferred / Advantageous
- Waterproofing experience and/or relevant licence
- Experience in remedial repair work, bathroom renovations or leak investigations
- White Card, Police Check or Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Pay: From $2,200.00 per week
