This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, administration, and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and assist customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide sales support.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
- Assist with stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier communication.
- Perform general administration duties, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
- Support the sales, parts, and workshop departments as required.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the business.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration, reception, customer service, or automotive industry experience is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
