Our Forrestdale branch is equipped with industry-leading assembly, testing and servicing capabilities, supporting customers throughout Western Australia.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team and often the first point of contact for our customers. You'll provide exceptional service, prepare quotations, process orders and work closely with our warehouse, production and external sales teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Process sales and purchase orders efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide product advice and technical support
- Source products and assist with pricing enquiries
- Maintain customer information within our CRM and MYOB systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service
About You
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Administration
- Experience within the hydraulic, industrial, hose, fittings or fluid transfer industry (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to quickly learn technical products and provide practical solutions
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems, MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Full Australian working rights
