Lead Safety, Quality and Training Excellence Across a Growing National Business
Tyre Doctor is Australia's leading independent provider of earthmover tyre management solutions, servicing mining, civil, quarrying and industrial customers across the country.
We are seeking an experienced and influential National HSEQ & Training Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training functions across a growing national operation.
This is a senior leadership role for a professional who understands that strong safety, quality and training systems are fundamental to operational excellence, customer confidence and sustainable business growth.
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering Tyre Doctor's HSEQ strategy, strengthening critical risk management, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our people, systems and processes support safe, consistent and high-quality outcomes across all operations.
You are an experienced HSEQ leader with a proven track record in mining, mining services, heavy industry, maintenance, logistics or other high-risk operational environments.
You will bring:

Strong leadership experience across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training functions.

Demonstrated success implementing critical risk management, operational assurance and continuous improvement programs.

Experience managing integrated management systems and driving operational excellence.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

A practical, commercially minded approach that balances risk management with business performance.

A passion for developing people, improving systems and creating high-performing teams.

Experience within mining services, mobile equipment maintenance, tyre management or heavy industry sectors will be highly regarded.

Earthmover tyre management experience, including exposure to field service operations, tyre maintenance activities, heavy mobile equipment and mining customer environments, is highly desirable.

Experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces and multi-site operations will be viewed favourably.
