We are a consulting firm offering a variety of services to a group of large private companies with a diversification across several industries including retail automotive, property investment and financial services. We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our busy team from our newly refurbish office in Nedlands.
About You:
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to priorities tasks and manage a busy work schedule.
- A can-do attitude with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Knowledge in Construction or Property Management (Residential or Commercial) is advantageous but not essential.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new skills.
- Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Project/Maintenance Administrator include but are not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact for suppliers, trades, and visitors including the management of any repairs and maintenance work required at any of the sites.
- Control and distribute project documentation via the online construction portal.
- Process and delegate incoming data from suppliers, subcontractors, and customers, including site instructions, POs, and invoice reconciliation.
- Manage and reconcile access fobs and other site access-related documentation
- Collaborate with accounts, marketing, and design teams on various tasks.
To be successful you need to have a valid Police check within the last 3 months and Australian work rights.
