About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium la-carte restaurant
- Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
- Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge
- Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Show exemplary communication and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Exceptional presentation
- Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
- Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications
