As part of our Product Strategy team, you’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy and technology. Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Engineers and business stakeholders, you’ll help shape products that solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join us on a 12-month maximum-term contract.
In this role, you’ll drive product strategy, discovery and delivery for key product initiatives, working closely with customers, Product Designers and Engineers to create solutions that deliver meaningful customer and business value.
You’ll help shape the future direction of our products, build alignment across stakeholders and guide successful outcomes from concept through to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Define and deliver product strategy, roadmaps and outcomes aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with customers to identify opportunities, validate solutions and improve product value.
- Lead product discovery, research and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer needs, business value and technical feasibility.
- Use customer insights, analytics and market research to optimise product performance and growth.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
- Support go-to-market activities, business cases and strategic product investment decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing and delivering technology-enabled products, including ownership of product strategy, roadmaps and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern product discovery, delivery and roadmap development.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering and commercial stakeholders.
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with B2B software products.
- Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems, traffic management or related industries.
- Familiarity with Productboard, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience operating in commercial technology environments where customer outcomes and product growth are key measures of success.
