Sales Representative – Epoxy Flooring
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated female Sales Representative to join our growing epoxy flooring business.
In this office-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, following up with potential clients, and helping schedule quotes and jobs. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service while converting enquiries into booked projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
- Follow up on leads and provide information about our epoxy flooring services.
- Book appointments and organise customer schedules.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients.
- Keep customer records up to date and assist with general office administration.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
