About the Role
Bourton Road Cafe is under fresh management and looking for energetic, reliable Cafe All-Rounders to join our tight-knit team! If you love making great coffee, and putting a smile on customers' faces, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guest & Counter Service: Greeting locals, taking orders accurately through the POS system, and handling payments.
- Coffee & Beverages: Pouring high-quality specialty coffee and prepared drinks efficiently during the morning rush.
- Keep it Clean: Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping the front-of-house and dining areas looking spotless.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior hospitality experience is highly valued but not essential.
- A positive, high-energy attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm when the morning rush hits.

Pay: $31.00 – $40.24 per hour
