Pharmaceutical Production Machine Operator | Multiple Shifts

We are currently recruiting experienced Production Machine Operators for a well-established pharmaceutical contract manufacturing facility located in Eastern Creek.
These positions offer competitive hourly rates, multiple shift options and the opportunity to secure consistent ongoing work. This role would suit reliable operators with experience in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, FMCG, cosmetics, packaging or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am
- Night Shift: 12:00am–7:00am
Your Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
- Ensure machines are running safely and efficiently
- Complete basic machine adjustments and changeovers
- Identify and report equipment faults, stoppages or production issues
- Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Pack, label, sort and prepare finished pharmaceutical products
- Complete production paperwork and follow documented procedures
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and safety
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Work collaboratively with production, quality and warehouse teams
What We Are Looking For
- Previous machine operating or production line experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, cosmetics, packaging or manufacturing is highly regarded
- Confidence operating automated production or packaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Availability for day, afternoon or night shifts
