As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchens. Working across a variety of restaurants, cafes and event venues, you’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation while supporting our culinary teams during daily service.

Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.

Support kitchen teams with general cleaning and basic preparation duties.

Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.

Assist with waste disposal and ensure back-of-house areas remain clean and organised.

Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow stewarding team members during busy service periods.
You are a reliable and motivated team member who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workplace. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to assist wherever needed.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, hospitality or cleaning environment is advantageous.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and safety.

Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.

Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
