In this role you'll support our Managers and Partners by preparing compliance, tax and accounting work for a diverse range of clients across companies, partnerships, trusts and individual businesses.

Your role, your contribution!
Prepare tax returns, financial statements, reconciliations and business advice for companies, partnerships, trusts and individual clients
Complete work to a high technical standard, meeting deadlines and budget expectations on every job
Assist with general bookkeeping duties as required
Liaise directly with the ATO and other government bodies on client matters
Maintain accurate, compliant work papers and client files in line with Findex Group standards
Keep your technical knowledge current to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

What you will bring to the role:
A relevant degree qualification
Commenced or working towards CA, CPA or equivalent
Solid experience in an accounting role, ideally within public practice
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and government bodies
A positive, proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
