After submitting your Expression of Interest, our Recruitment Team will review your application.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to complete the next stage of the recruitment process, which may include:
A phone screening interview
An aptitude assessment (Year 10 level literacy and numeracy)
Attendance at one of our School Holiday Interview Days

Please note: Attendance is by invitation only. Interviews must be booked and confirmed with My Gateway prior to the event. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
We're looking for motivated school leavers who are ready to begin their career.
To be eligible, you should:
Be completing Year 12 in 2026 (or an eligible Year 11 student)
Be committed to commencing full-time employment and training in 2027
Have your Ps or be eligible for your Ps by March 2027
- Have an up-to-date resume that showcases your experience, skills and strengths
When you complete your apprenticeship or traineeship through My Gateway, you'll receive more than just a job.
