The Role
Reactiv Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and growing HVAC and refrigeration business covering Sydney Metro, Wollondilly Shire, the Southern Highlands, and Illawarra & South Coast. We're looking for a qualified A/C & Refrigeration Technician to join our team — someone who can work unsupervised, take initiative, and hold a high standard on every job.
You'll be carrying out installations, repairs, servicing, and diagnostics across residential and commercial split systems, ducted A/C, and refrigeration.
This role comes with genuine growth potential — for the right person, there's a clear pathway into an Operations Manager position within 6–12 months as the business expands.

Duties
- Install, service, and repair split systems, ducted A/C, and refrigeration systems• Diagnose and fault-find across residential and commercial jobs• Work independently and manage your own job site and time• Represent Reactiv professionally on every job
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualification (Cert III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent)• Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence• Valid driver's licence with a clean record• Strong communication skills• Ability to work unsupervised with a high standard of workmanship
Nice to Have
- Experience across both residential and commercial systems• Interest in progressing into a leadership or operations role
