located in The Rock's is seeking for a Japanese Sushi Chef(Hot Food & Sushi) who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide amazing dishes. You will also be required to ensure recipes, and presentation meet our restaurant's specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need:
At least 1 year of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant.
At least 1 year of experience in Stove & Deep fry.
At least 1 year of experience in Sushi.
Japanese Hot Food experience a bonus (but not required).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Australian working rights or appropriate visa.
