Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT ready to take the next step — combining hands-on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About the Role
As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist
-
Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT team
-
Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance
-
Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
-
Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care
-
Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
About You
You’re a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who:

Essential Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist

Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
