About Your Role

Lead play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Mentor and collaborate with educators to bring out their best

Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children

Step into the Responsible Person role when required

Contribute to the warm, welcoming culture of our centre
About You:
-
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
-
Deep knowledge of early childhood frameworks (EYLF, QKLG, NQF)
-
Confident in documenting and assessing children’s learning
-
A collaborative spirit and strong leadership skills
-
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) – essential
-
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
-
A passion for creating joyful, meaningful learning experiences
