Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee a team of 5–6 employees at their Bringelly factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the steel reinforcement fabrication team.
- Manage the production of cut and bent reinforcement steel, prefabricated reinforcement cages, and delivery scheduling.
- Read and interpret construction plans to assist with steel scheduling and production requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team while managing performance and resolving workplace issues.
- Enforce WHS policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and minimise downtime.
- Communicate clearly with staff regarding daily tasks, priorities, and production goals.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the steel reinforcement, fabrication, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including cut and bend, prefabrication, and reinforcement products.
- Excellent understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage production targets, quality control, and team performance.
Location: Bringelly, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour shifts).
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
