Full‑Time Leadership Position
Elementary Academy Early Learning (EAEL) is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager/Director to lead our high‑quality early learning service. This is a pivotal leadership role suited to someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving compliance and quality, and fostering meaningful relationships with families and the community.
About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, governance, and daily operations of the service. You will work closely with the Approved Provider to ensure the centre delivers exceptional education and care, maintains regulatory compliance, and upholds a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high‑quality programs
- Overseeing compliance with the National Law, National Regulations, NQS, and internal governance frameworks
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and the community
- Managing enrolments, occupancy, staffing, and centre performance
- Supporting curriculum development and educational leadership
- Ensuring robust risk management, WHS, and quality assurance practices
- Driving a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA‑approved qualification)
- Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the NQF, compliance obligations, and quality improvement processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build professional culture
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused leader with a commitment to excellence
- Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, Child Protection, and relevant certifications
