We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a client site in Botany, NSW.
This is a part-time cleaning role suited to someone looking for a small, consistent weekday roster and who takes pride in maintaining clean, hygienic and well-presented workplace facilities.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 1.5 hours per shift
- Shift can be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Once a start time is agreed, the same start time will apply for all three weekly shifts
Total: 4.5 paid hours per week
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across office, kitchen, locker, bathroom and common areas at a busy workplace.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining office areas, desks, tables and chairs
- Vacuuming and mopping vinyl and carpeted floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, basins, showers and other bathroom surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and kitchenettes, including sinks, benchtops, appliances and tables
- Restocking cleaning and bathroom consumables as required
- Cleaning glass doors, windows and other glass surfaces
- Dusting and wiping walls, ledges, skirting boards, vents, lockers and other surfaces
- Removing cobwebs from accessible areas
- Emptying bins and transferring waste to designated collection areas
- Removing marks and scuffs from walls and other surfaces
- Performing scheduled monthly tasks such as cleaning the inside of refrigerators
- Following cleaning schedules, site procedures and safety requirements
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or other concerns as required
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of performing hands-on cleaning duties
- Comfortable cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and waste areas
- Able to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Able to follow cleaning procedures and schedules
- Full Australian working rights
