About the Role:

What you’ll bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A current Manual Driver's Licence
- White Card and Forklift Licence
- The ability to perform physical manual work
- A strong focus on safety and great attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Irrigation knowledge or customer service experience (desirable, but not essential)
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve trade and retail customers at the trade counter.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
- Receive, unload and organise incoming stock.
- Maintain stock levels and keep the storeroom clean and organised.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload and move materials safely.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the irrigation store.
- Deliver materials and assist internal construction and maintenance teams as required.
- Follow safe work practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
