URGENT HIRING – Female Disability Support Worker

Vitium Cura is seeking compassionate, patient, and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team to support a participant in Kuraby, Queensland.
We are currently building a dedicated support team and are looking for support workers who are confident in providing person-centred care while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.
About the Role
The successful applicant may provide support with:
- Personal care (if required)
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Community access and social participation
- Emotional support and companionship
- Encouraging independence while respecting participant choice and dignity
- Accurate documentation and progress notes
- Following support plans and organisational policies

- Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient
- Compassionate and respectful
- An excellent communicator with strong active listening skills
- Able to establish professional boundaries while building rapport
- Flexible and adaptable to different support needs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality supports
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours, mental health, psychosocial disabilities, or challenging situations will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card), if applicable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
