About the Role
Are you passionate about improving systems, streamlining processes and helping teams get the most value from technology? As our
ERP Functional Analyst (Finance & Procurement), you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Finance and Supply Chain systems support the efficient delivery of essential services to our communities. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and our centralised ERP team, you'll combine your understanding of finance, procurement and business processes with your systems expertise to solve problems, drive continuous improvement and help shape smarter ways of working across the organisation.
In this role, you'll:
- Be the trusted connection between the business and ERP teams, translating operational needs into effective system solutions and ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline finance and procurement processes, improve user experiences and deliver greater business value.
- Provide expert functional support, investigating issues, coordinating solutions, supporting end users and ensuring Finance and Procurement teams can confidently utilise the system.
- Lead change and system enhancements, coordinating testing, upgrades, patches and new functionality while helping stakeholders understand and adopt improvements that support business outcomes.

Must have
- Experience supporting, improving or coordinating business systems within a finance, procurement or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes and how technology can enable better business outcomes.
- Ability to gather business requirements, solve problems and translate needs into practical system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Business Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with TechnologyOne or a similar ERP, Finance or Procurement system.
- TechnologyOne certifications or formal training.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, testing or change implementations.
- Knowledge of system integrations, databases or enterprise application environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, reporting, business intelligence or user training and adoption activities.
