About Us
Three Restaurant Bar and Grill is an established restaurant located in Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Since 2015, we have built a strong reputation for quality food, friendly service and a relaxed dining experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager and Chef/Cook to join our professional and friendly team.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise, train and coordinate front-of-house staff
- Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory
- Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Assist with functions, bookings and special events
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, WHS and liquor licensing requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage management
- Diploma qualification or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
CHEF/COOK
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation
- Prepare ingredients for daily service
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness
- Assist with stock control, ordering and food cost management
- Maintain appropriate food storage and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Follow food safety and WHS procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with menu planning and specials as required
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant commercial kitchen experience
- Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or a related qualification
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
