About the Role
As an IT Support Officer, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. You'll troubleshoot common IT issues, guide users through solutions, manage support requests, and collaborate with specialist teams when more advanced support is required.
Success in this role comes from combining strong customer service skills with curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering friendly and professional assistance to employees across the organisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, user accounts, passwords, devices, and connectivity problems.
- Manage incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with specialist IT teams by escalating complex issues and providing clear diagnostic information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by following up on requests and ensuring successful resolution for users.
Build your technical expertise through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems.
