Position: Casual Educator
Location: Chipmunks in the Woods
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Support the implementation of engaging learning programs.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments.
- Assist with daily routines, indoor and outdoor experiences, and mealtimes.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of care and education.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards an Early Childhood qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years is highly regarded.
