Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to understand their NDIS plans, build confidence, and connect with the right supports? Beyond Disability Support is seeking a caring, organised and proactive Support Coordinator / Coordinator of Supports to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work alongside participants, families, advocates, providers and community services to help participants make the best use of their NDIS plans, pursue their goals, and strengthen their independence, choice and control.

About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you will support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate funded, mainstream, community and informal supports, and build their capacity to manage services more independently over time.
You will be responsible for coordinating services, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, monitoring participant budgets and ensuring clear documentation, timely communication and safe, ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities
· Support participants to understand, implement and get the most out of their NDIS plans.
· Connect participants with suitable funded, mainstream, community and informal supports.
· Build participant capacity, confidence and independence in managing supports.
· Coordinate with families, advocates, allied health professionals, service providers and internal BDS teams.
· Monitor participant goals, support needs, plan utilisation and budget use.
· Prepare accurate case notes, progress updates, reports and communication records.
· Identify, document and escalate risks, incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and changes in circumstances.
· Work in line with BDS policies, the NDIS Code of Conduct, NDIS Practice Standards, privacy requirements and relevant legislation.
About You
You are a compassionate, professional and organised person who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes. You understand the importance of clear communication, accurate documentation, professional boundaries and participant choice and control.
Essential Requirements
· Experience in support coordination, case coordination, disability services, community services or a related participant-facing role.
· Sound understanding of the NDIS and the role of support coordination.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willingness to obtain.
· Current Working with Children Check for paid employment or willingness to obtain.
· Current driver licence and access to reliable transport, where required.
· Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Desirable
· Relevant qualification in disability, social work, community services, human services, education, health, behavioural science or a related field.
· Experience working with participants with complex support needs.
· Knowledge of NDIS reporting, plan reviews, service agreements, budget monitoring and safeguarding requirements.

Pay Range
The expected pay range is approximately $38–$48 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.
