Medical Administration Duties
- Answer incoming calls, recording and forwarding telephone messages promptly
- Provide administrative support to the Doctor, Office Manager, and Practice Nurse
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in patients during consultations
- Process patient consultation payments
- Coordinate radiology, pathology, and physiotherapy appointments for patients
- Perform medical dictations, ensuring timely follow-up reports were sent to referring GPs
- Respond to patient email enquiries in a timely manner
- Send correspondence to GPs and referring doctors via Lyrebird
- Liaise with third parties, including lawyers and law firms
- Scan incoming mail, documents, and correspondence
- Ensure all new patient referrals are emailed by patients and triaged accordingly
- Confirm patient appointments
- Email and fax GP letters
- Create POP app accounts for total hip replacement patients
- Organize Zoom appointments, including distributing consent forms and meeting links
- Send SMS reminders to patients requiring new referrals
- Undertake other administrative duties as directed

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
