### Key Duties
- Prepare high-quality coffee including espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white, piccolo and iced coffee.
- Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders, process payments and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Prepare tea, juices, smoothies, shakes and other café beverages as required.
- Assist with basic food preparation, plating and serving.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic coffee station, front counter and dining area.
- Restock coffee, milk, cups, takeaway packaging and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Support other team members with general café duties as required.
- Contribute to a welcoming, positive and professional café environment.
Pay: $26.44 – $32.49 per hour
