AMW Services Group is a rapidly growing demolition contractor delivering residential, commercial, and industrial demolition projects throughout Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator to join our team.
About the Role
As our Demolition Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, attending site inspections, reviewing drawings and specifications, and working closely with builders, developers, and project managers to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate demolition estimates and tender submissions.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements.
- Price labour, plant, equipment, waste disposal, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Manage multiple tenders while meeting strict deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the tender process.
- Assist with project handovers to operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous estimating experience in demolition, civil, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of demolition methods and project costing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Current Australian driver's licence.

Pay: $67,142.20 – $150,692.70 per year
