Utopia Bubble Tea is looking for an energetic and friendly Junior Barista/Team Member to join our team at DFO Perth.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a school student or someone looking to gain experience in hospitality and customer service. Previous barista, bubble-tea or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.
Employment type
- Casual or part-time, depending on the successful applicant
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Weekend and school-holiday availability is essential
Your responsibilities
- Preparing bubble tea, coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Preparing ingredients and restocking supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
- Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting the team during busy periods

Parking
Staff parking at DFO Perth is paid; however, employees are eligible for a discounted staff parking rate.

Pay and applicable penalty rates will be provided according to the relevant award.
