Corporate Applications Enablement Manager
Strategic leadership role driving optimisation and value realisation across Monash Health's corporate systems landscape.
Lead business improvement initiatives across Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors.
Permanent, full-time role, based at Scoresby Corporate Site.

This role represents an exciting leadership opportunity within our Corporate Applications and Enablement function. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Corporate Applications & Enablement, you will be responsible for driving continuous business improvement, optimisation and value realisation across Monash Health's key corporate enterprise systems, with a particular focus on Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors.
Working closely with senior leaders, Payroll, Finance, People & Culture, Digital Health and external vendors, you will play a critical role in ensuring corporate systems are aligned to organisational strategy, support operational excellence and deliver measurable business outcomes.
If appointed, your contribution will be assessed across five Key Result Areas:
Business Improvement and Optimisation
Corporate Systems Ownership and Stewardship
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
Governance, Risk and Compliance
Leadership and Capability Uplift
This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week on site in our Scoresby Office.
About You
The Corporate Applications Enablement Manager ensures that Monash Health's corporate systems continue to evolve, improve and deliver value to the organisation. You are a strategic thinker who enjoys partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems and drive transformational change.
You possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and have demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You understand how technology, people and process come together to deliver sustainable business outcomes and can confidently lead initiatives that improve operational performance and user experience.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance or a related discipline
Significant experience leading business improvement, process optimisation or enterprise systems initiatives in a complex organisation
Experience working with corporate enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, UKG Dimensions or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, executive reports and governance submissions
Proven experience leading organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
Strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks
Experience working across multiple business functions including Finance, Payroll and People & Culture
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching and developing team capability.
While not mandatory requirements, experience with the following will be highly regarded:
Healthcare or public sector experience
Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Business process redesign and continuous improvement frameworks
Vendor management and external partnership management
Data-driven decision making and business performance improvement initiatives.
