We are seeking dedicated ABN Contractors to join our growing team, providing person-centred support to NDIS participants and older adults across Sydney. In this rewarding role, you'll help individuals live independently, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life both at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support participants with community access, appointments, shopping, and social participation.
Promote participants' independence, dignity, privacy, choice, and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
Follow NDIS Practice Standards, medication policies, and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Mental Health, or a related qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting people with disabilities and/or older adults.
Valid ABN (essential).
Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Willingness to travel across various Sydney suburbs.
Current National Police Check.
Current Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
100 Points of Identification.
Full Australian working rights.
Additional language skills are highly regarded.
