Part-Time Position
MJMC Pet Products is a long-established Australian manufacturer of quality pet, reptile and aquarium products. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Pet Furniture Assembler / General Factory Labourer to join our team.
This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
About the Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assembling pet furniture and other manufactured products
- Using basic hand and electrical tools
- Measuring, cutting and assembling components
- General factory duties and keeping the workplace clean and organised
- Following instructions and production requirements
- Checking finished products for quality
- Problem solving and working out practical solutions when required
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience using basic hand and electrical tools
- Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A practical approach to problem solving
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Pride in producing high-quality finished goods
- Own driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential.
