To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Security-Focused DevOps, Systems & Network Administrator to take ownership of our infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and security operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building resilient, secure, and highly available systems.
Working closely with our software engineering and product teams, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, managing networks and endpoints, implementing security best practices, and ensuring our development and production environments remain reliable, compliant, and protected against evolving cyber threats.

This role will have the following responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line support for Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and end users
- Assist with administration of Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365.
- Support and help maintain office network infrastructure: switches, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi-Fi (Cisco / UniFi environments)
- Monitor system health, backups, and alerts, escalating and helping resolve incidents as they arise
- Learn and contribute to automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline repetitive tasks
- Get hands-on exposure to DevOps tooling, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Help maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures
- Participate in patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance windows
- Gain hands-on exposure to security tools such as Splunk, SIEM, endpoint security, Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable Nessus, and Microsoft Defender
- Support a variety of operating systems, including Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365
- Assist with web administration tools such as Microsoft IIS, Apache, WordPress, Adobe, HTML, CSS, and UI/U
- Web development with React and other modern javascript frameworks.
- App development with Flutter and Dar.
Pay: $40,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
