Mine Surveyor
Ravenswood Gold is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Mine Surveyor to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale, long-life open pit operation where your expertise will directly influence safe, efficient, and optimised mine performance.
Reporting to the Senior Mine Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role delivering accurate survey data, supporting mine design, and contributing to production success in a collaborative site environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver precise and timely survey control, pickups, and set-outs
- Support mine planning, production, and compliance activities
- Produce and maintain mine plans and spatial data
- Contribute to end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
- Partner closely with Mining, Geology, and Planning teams
- Work with modern technologies including GPS, UAVs, and 3D scanning
About You:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Surveying (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2+ years’ open pit mining experience (civil backgrounds considered)
- Current Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Experience with: Leica GPS / Total Stations Surpac, Deswik, Pix4D (desirable)
- Exposure to UAV operations or Hexagon MineOperate (highly regarded)

Pay: $123,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
