About the Role
Vitality Support Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker located near Warragul VIC to support a female participant. and can start ASAP
The participant is currently attending TAFE.
Support Hours:
- Monday,Tuesday,Wedneday and Thursday (9am to 2pm)
- sometimes its 3pm to 9pm
This role may increase in hours depending on participant needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide community access support
- Support participation in education (TAFE)
- Encourage independence and social engagement
- Complete accurate progress notes
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant experience in disability support preferred
