Position purpose:
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Corporate Services team and has responsibility for the following key areas:
- Financial compliance
- Payroll
- Reporting
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Budget allocation and management
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Compliance - Ensure that there are adequate systems and processes in place to ensure all financial activities that are undertaken by Focused Health Care (FHC) and its employees are compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Payroll - Ensure adequate systems and processes are in place to effectively manage and process payments to employees of FHC.
- Reporting - Provide financial and payroll reports as agreed with the Leadership team on a monthly or regular basis. Provide ad hoc financial and payroll reports as requested by senior leaders, the CEO or owners of the business.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable - Manage the accounts receivable and payable process for FHC
- Budget Allocation and Management - Work with the CEO and Leadership team to develop and monitor budgets for each department.
- People Management - Provide guidance and support to Finance Team members.
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager and/or relevant business or financial qualification
- Previous experience managing a payroll
- Experience creating, implementing and overseeing governance systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience within the Health Care or related Industry.

Pay: $95,321.92 – $120,000.00 per year
