With continued growth across the group, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join our restaurant teams.

You Role
As a Section Waiter, you’ll take ownership of your section and deliver warm, attentive and professional service throughout each guest’s dining experience.
You’ll work closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to ensure smooth service while creating genuine connections with our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with confidence and professionalism.
Manage your own section while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
Build genuine rapport with guests and confidently guide them through our food and beverage offerings.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
Consistently uphold St Albans’ service standards and commitment to hospitality excellence.
About You
You’re passionate about hospitality, love looking after people and take pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.
You’ll also have:
Previous experience as a Section Waiter within a quality restaurant environment.
A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and strong team-first mindset.
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced service environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A current Queensland RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
