About the role
Casual opportunity to provide Medical Imaging clinical services as a member of the multidisciplinary team within the Department of Medical Imaging at Redcliffe Hospital and Brighton Health Campus (BHC). This role will participate as required in the provision of after-hours medical imaging services including night shift as required. While this role requires participation in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week rotating roster, we also welcome applications from individuals who may be interested in working a permanent night shift pattern.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Deliver high quality medical imaging services within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with professional and ethical standards, department protocols, policies and relevant legislation, including Queensland Health's core values and code of conduct.
Communicate effectively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary team members to support safe, efficient and patient focused care.
Contribute to the day to day operation of the Medical Imaging Department through professional practise, teamwork and effective workload management.
Participate in quality improvement, protocol review and service development activities within the department.
