No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
About the role:
As an Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for coordinating a range of administrative functions that support the delivery of specialist neurosurgical outpatient services. - Optimising clinic schedules and appointment availability
- Coordinating real-time follow-up bookings for medical staff

While experience in health administration is highly regarded, we welcome applicants with strong administrative skills who are eager to learn.
Where you'll be working:
Based in the Outpatients Department at John Hunter Hospital, you'll become part of a close-knit team of administration professionals, physiotherapists and neurosurgeons who work together to deliver high-quality specialist care.
As this is a newly established role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape processes while receiving comprehensive support, training and guidance from the team. Clear workflows and streamlined procedures will be developed to help you succeed, ensuring you're well supported as you build confidence in the role.
