Senior Staff Member – Pillar of Salt
As a Senior Staff Member at Pillar of Salt, you are responsible for leading by example and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the café. You will support the management team, supervise staff during service, and help maintain the high standards of food, coffee, customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency that Pillar of Salt is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team during busy service periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
- Ensure all sections are well-stocked and operating efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations, staffing, and any issues.
- Uphold Pillar of Salt's culture, values, and service standards at all times.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.75 per hour
