The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive outstanding customer service, support and develop your team and ensure smooth, efficient operations while contributing to the overall success of the park. This is a full-time, live-in opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Your duties include but are not limited to:

Oversee all Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and daily administration.

Lead, coach and mentor the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high operational standards.

Manage team rosters, staffing levels and labour costs to meet business needs and budget requirements.

Monitor occupancy, room availability and revenue opportunities while communicating forecasts across departments.

Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Oversee financial processes including billing, reconciliations, cash handling and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Drive operational efficiencies, maintain workplace health and safety standards, and proactively respond to guest feedback to continually improve the guest experience.
Skills & Experience
-
Relevant tertiary/TAFE qualifications in Business/Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent is essential

2-3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager, Duty Manager or Hotel Supervisor

Experience of using either RMS, ReviewPro or REZDY
-
Experience of Microsoft Suite, Online Booking software (travel, corporate express, accommodation etc)

Previous experience with financial reporting, reconciliations or accounts within a hospitality environment will be highly regarded.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support a high-performing team.

Current Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check are essential (First Aid Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety highly regarded)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
