About the role
We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team.
This role will be casual or a fixed term 2 month contract based on the candidates preference with opportunity for extension or permanency.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in real estate. While previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, we're equally open to welcoming someone new to the industry who brings enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine passion for working with people.
Working closely with our Property Management team, you'll play a key role in supporting the leasing process, including coordinating and conducting open for inspections, managing renter enquiries, communicating with prospective renters and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the leasing portfolio. This diverse and fast-paced role offers excellent support, training and development opportunities, allowing you to build your skills and establish a long-term career within a respected real estate brand.
What you will bring
- Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property Services.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
- A strong customer service background with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with renters, rental providers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional presentation and positive attitude, with the energy and drive to learn and succeed.
- Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
